Our vertical dryer system incorporates VFD controlled main drive and VFD controlled auger system. Cuttings from the flow line shakers are fed to the dryer unit in a semi slurry state. This occurs at a constant main drive speed to maintain maximum torque and produce drier solids. The dryer effluent is stored to be reprocessed through the centrifuge once the drilling fluids are evaluated and a determination is made.
